I bought some expensive pillar candles and when they arrived the biggest one was a little bent, this was about

a year ago so i cant contact them and dont want to bother with shipping and all that jazz- what i want to know is if someone knows how to reshape them without melting them, it drives me nuts to look at it slightly bent

Does anyone know why some jar candles have “loose wax”? Does it affect the candle in any way?

I ask this b/c I have noticed that a few of my candles arrived brand new from various brands(Colonial, Village, Yankee, etc…) where the wax could be shaken up in the jar. Does that make any sense?
Instead of the wax being completely adhered to the jar, it is loose and moves when u shake [...]
