I need some information.?

I am trying to establish a "candle / pillar" of the tray to a friend. She likes the smell of raspberries, but do not want to light because of the children. She just wants the smell of raspberries to fill the room. Using as pillars (various sizes) that can use oil with the fragrance of raspberry by I do not have to be on to be able to smell. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can make a candle Rasberry tray using different sizes of the pillars and using oil? Is there a certain name for this type of decoration is called? Or, anywhere I can find something like this was done? Some stores, websites, etc? I do not know what might be called a gift like this. Thank you.
